Privacy Policy
This policy explains how K’s Art Office (“we”) handles information from the website at kayzart.com (“the site”) and from the optional product survey included in the Kayzart WordPress plugin (“the plugin”).

2. Scope
This policy covers the site and the plugin’s optional product survey.
The plugin’s own features — editing HTML, CSS and JavaScript, previewing, publishing and AI editing — run entirely inside your WordPress site. We do not receive what you do there. AI editing traffic is covered in section 8.
3. What the site collects
Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how it is used. GA4 sets cookies to collect browsing information. That information is collected anonymously and does not identify you.
To opt out, disable cookies in your browser or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Google’s own handling of this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Server logs
The web server hosting the site may record access logs containing IP addresses for a short period, for security and abuse prevention.
4. What the product survey collects
The plugin offers administrators an optional product survey. Every question is optional. Installing, activating, updating or simply viewing the survey sends nothing. The following is sent to feedback.kayzart.com only when an administrator presses the submit button.

- Survey version
- Which edition of the question set you answered

- The Kayzart version in use when you answered
- WordPress version
- The version your site was running
- Admin interface language
- The locale of your WordPress admin screen
- Submission ID
- A random identifier that lets you correct and resend your own answer (see below)
About the submission ID
The submission ID is a random UUID generated for each respondent and stored in that person’s own WordPress user profile. It is not derived from your site URL, username, email address or anything else that identifies you or your site. Its only purpose is to replace your earlier answer when you send a correction.
How IP addresses are handled
To prevent bursts of automated submissions, we take an HMAC-SHA256 hash of the sending IP address and store it with the date and that day’s submission count. The IP address itself is never stored, and the original address cannot be recovered from the hash.
Separately from this, the receiving web server may record access logs containing IP addresses for a short period, for security and abuse prevention.
If you correct your answer
When you resend a corrected answer, the previous version is kept separately as a revision, so we can see how opinions changed over time.
What is never sent
Your site URL / your name or email address / your page content or source code / your list of installed plugins / a persistent installation identifier
The free-text fields carry a notice asking you not to enter names, email addresses, login details or other personal information.
5. Why we collect it
- To understand how the site and the plugin are used, and to improve them
- To decide which features to build next
- To prevent abuse and bulk submissions
Survey answers are analysed in aggregate. We do not use them to identify individuals.
6. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or disclose what we collect to third parties, except where disclosure is required by law.
For site analytics, Google LLC receives browsing information as part of GA4. The site and feedback.kayzart.com run on a hosting provider in Japan, which handles data as part of operating those servers.
7. How long we keep it
- Survey answers and their revisions: two years from submission
- Submission counters (IP hashes): daily records, deleted as they age out
- Analytics: per Google’s retention settings
The survey is scheduled to close on 31 August 2027.
8. AI editing
The plugin’s AI editing connects directly to the AI provider you configure. It does not pass through our servers. We never receive or see the instructions you send or the page content they act on.
How that data is handled is governed by the terms and privacy policy of the provider you chose. On WordPress 7.0 and later that is the provider selected in WordPress Connectors; on WordPress 6.9 and earlier it is the OpenAI API key you configured.
9. Access, correction and deletion
To see, correct or delete a survey answer you submitted, write to privacy@kayzart.com.
Because answers are stored without anything identifying you, we need your submission ID to find yours. You can read it, along with the answer you sent, on the Kayzart > Settings > Feedback screen in your WordPress admin.
If you only want to change your answer, resending it from that same screen is enough.
10. Security
Traffic to the site and to feedback.kayzart.com is encrypted with TLS. The receiving endpoint uses prepared statements for every database query and limits the accepted values and text length for each question.
11. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy when needed. A revision applies from the moment it is published on this page.
